Wellington Phoenix striker Roy Krishna's stellar form has been rewarded in the video-game world. The Fijian international has starred for the A-League club this season, scoring nine goals through the first 11 rounds, including a brace in a 3-2 win over the Central Coast Mariners last weekend.
That impressive run has been identified by EA Sports FIFA 19, which has named Krishna in their Ultimate Team of the Week.
Krishna, who was given a game rating of 71 when the game was released in September, is now rated 79 (out of 100) - the second-best rating for an A-league player, behind only star Melbourne Victory import Keisuke Honda.
But you better get in quick if you want the 31-year-old on your roster – his updated player card is only available for a week.
The red hot Phoenix, riding a record eight-game unbeaten streak, travel to Melbourne on Sunday afternoon for a crucial clash with the second-placed Victory.
