Here everyone suggests effective NSF to PST Converter tool. But I would recommend you before using any tool must try manual technique for NSF to PST conversion. Try the Export-Import method to migrate data from NSF to PST. Using this method you need to follow two important steps such as: firstly export all the mailboxes of Lotus Notes environment and secondly import all those mailboxes to the Outlook. If Manual tricks, not works then you can use any third-party tool like  NSF to PST Convert tool. It's my personal experience working with this tool which was suggested to me by one of my professional friends. You may use NSF to PST Converter.
