I was setting up a new Arlo Wire-Free, Arlo Pro camera to my system, a camera might occasionally fail to synchronize (sync) with Arlo base station. An Arlo camera cannot be detected by my system until it is successfully synced. how to troubleshoot this issue?
Wait for the sync status LED on the base station to blink green.
Press the Sync button on the top of the camera for about two seconds and then release the button. Note: You must sync cameras one at a time. A blue LED on the camera blinks rapidly to confirm sync.
Repeat these steps for each camera.
