Is the user planning to change from DBX to Outlook PST? Both are used for emails client, but they have different files format from each other. All email information in Outlook Express is saved in DBX format, while Outlook stores all the mailbox data in PST format. I will suggest this software Convert Outlook Express to MS Outlook. It easily converts DBX file to PST file which can be used in MS Outlook.
