This short article is all about people who are addicted to illegal drugs, not people who become addicted to prescription drugs that have been originaly prescribed by way of a licensed physician for the best reason.

According to many defense solicitors, politicians, spiritual leaders, Hollywood superstars and Democrats as well as much prosecutors and judges and as well as a sizable area of the American public who've been brainwashed by the \politically correct arbitrators\, drug addicts are patients.

So far as I am concerned, that is a lot of junk. Drug addicts are most definitely criminals. Drug peddlers, not merely are they criminals, they are as poor as, and should be tried in the same way as. Be taught further on a related encyclopedia - Hit this hyperlink:

I really do not have a pity party for addicts and drug users. For different ways to look at it, consider glancing at: A drug user, with very few exceptions (ie: Some one with an of under sixty), knew the very first time he or she took illegal drugs that he or she was breaking what the law states. For that reason, the drug user, at that time, became a prison. The drug user was not only breaking the law, he or she was also aiding and abetting the criminal that gave or offered the drugs to the user. The user was providing, or would in the foreseeable future offer, money or services to the peddler that would help the peddler to separate more laws and to stay in business. There would be no peddlers, if there were no people and if there were no peddlers there would be no drug lords. There could be no drug lords who would use their money to commit murder, or cause murder to be invested. There would be no drug lords to bribe government officials, no drug lords to cover individuals to develop and develop plants to be changed into drugs. In other words if there were no drug users there would be no drug trafficking.

Individuals have thought to me, \I only smoking marijuana, and because it isn't any worse than drinking acohol smoking marijuana shouldn't be illegal. Moreover, if it's a crime it's a victimless crime.\ .. I tell them they are wrong. In the first place drinking alcohol is legal for people on the age of twenty one (If drinking alcohol should be legal is really a subject for another article.). In the next place, money used to buy marijuana goes to thieves and is in many instances used to commit more crimes. In the third place, some people resort to crime in order to support their habit. In the last position, many people while smoking marijauna, become fools, and while being forced to speak to or handle those people may not be considered a crime... It must be.

Many people state that the laws against using specific drugs are bad laws, so it will be okay to break these laws. Well, I have information for them, if those drugs are used by them, they're breaking those regulations (good or bad) and they are still criminals and they still deserve to be punished. Everyone has their own ideas concerning which laws are great and which laws are bad. This stately web site has specific great lessons for the inner workings of this belief. Click here to check up where to do this hypothesis. If everyone else only followed the laws which they approved of then we'd have anarchy.

If you do not like the current drug laws, work to own them changed. In the meantime each time you use illegal drugs you're helping someone either, a legal or a terrorist, enter a posture where they could commit more crimes, including possibly taking the lives of innocent people. This means in order to have your fun that you could, indirectly, be killing innocent people.

In terms of I am concerned, anyone who would place people's lives in danger so as to \enjoy\ the usage of illegal drugs, must be delivered to jail for quite a long time. The concept that we must certanly be supporting and rehabilitating these 'poor', 'abused' drug addicts is baloney. People who are hooked on illegal drugs started out as criminals and are still criminals. They knew that they were breaking regulations and, until they were really stupid, they knew there was an opportunity that they might become addicted. They could have imagined that they were too smart or too powerful to become addicted, but they still knew that there is, regardless of how small, an opportunity that it could happen.

Remember, if there were no drug users there will be no drug trafficking..
